Starting in the retail flooring division, Corey joined the company in 1984. He progressed through the ranks holding several project and management positions.

In 2012, he took over as President and remains in that position today. Corey is very hands-on with the business daily and is also very passionate about the industry and his community.

Rob started with the company in 1999 as the project estimator and soon moved into project management. 

Today Rob oversees all of the commercial and industrial side of our business. His wealth of knowledge within the industry has gained him great respect in the construction industry.

Trevor joined the company in 2004 and began working in the field. 

Today Trevor leads the charge on all of B&N's ongoing commercial and industrial projects. He ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and on budget.

Darlene joined us in 2013 as Director of Finance. She oversees and manages all the financial aspects of our companies.

Her keen eye for detail and always watching the bottom line have been a big part of the company’s success.

Gail joined the company in 1994 as Office Administrator and Payroll. Gail is the “Go to girl” when something needs to get done.

Gail handles all aspects of payroll and invoicing, not to mention the other 100 things that come at her in her day!

Wayne joined our team back in 2010 working part-time in the Summer while attending high school and university.

Today, Wayne oversees the operations of our retail division and heads up our safety program.

As a certified interior decorator for over 20 years, Heather brings a passionate eye for design and all the details. Her experience with all aspects of flooring and paint makes her a true leader in her profession.

Heather also leads our sales team as well as working with industry representatives to ensure we present a truly inspiring showroom.

Alma brings passion to collaborating with our clients bringing visions to life. Her investment in problem-solving and budget consciousness is evident daily.

Always researching trends, Alma is still very grounded in practicality.

Kaylee is our latest addition to our sales team and certainly has lots of design mojo. She meets every opportunity with a smile and commits herself fully to everything she does.

Kaylee has a fresh approach to each and every one of our client's projects and has great insights.
